1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 3k775 website accessible at https://3k775.io, including all subpages, services, tools, and features made available therein.
• "3k775", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the balance of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held in a User's Account, including deposited funds, bonus funds, and winnings.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other eligible market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, free spin, or other incentive granted by 3k775 to a User under specific promotional terms.

• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing a Bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been opened.

3k775 reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform to any person at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 3k775, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

3k775 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Registration

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated Funds and permanent Account closure.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required registration fields;
• Keep your registration information up to date at all times;
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential;
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party;
• Notify 3k775 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3k775 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified us promptly of a security breach.

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed. 3k775 may also request KYC documentation at any other point during your use of the Platform, including prior to processing large deposits or as part of routine compliance checks. Required documents typically include a government-issued national identity card or passport, and proof of address dated within the last three months.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3k775 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. 3k775 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 30 minutes during business hours, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks. 3k775 reserves the right to extend withdrawal processing times in cases requiring additional verification.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• 3k775 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account.
• Withdrawals of Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable Bonus terms.
• 3k775 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3k775 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method;
• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in each promotion's terms;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first for bets unless otherwise specified;
• 3k775 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple Accounts or misleading information, will be voided and associated winnings forfeited;
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that betting market.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets on 3k775:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. 3k775 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet;
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly priced market, 3k775 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts;
• 3k775 may impose maximum bet limits on any market at any time at its sole discretion;
• Winnings are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed and confirmed;
• 3k775 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or any other form of irregular activity affecting the outcome;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, 3k775's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the Platform's formal dispute resolution procedure.

For casino games and slots, the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game information panel. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or manipulate games;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers or bonus terms in a manner contrary to their spirit;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any third party;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3k775 staff or other users through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

3k775 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help Users manage their betting activity. These tools are accessible from the Account dashboard at any time without needing to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your Account will be inaccessible;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3k775 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions;
• Loss of data resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content;
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements caused by third-party payment providers.

3k775's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 3k775's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

12 Privacy & Data
